Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte
Warm, comforting, and perfectly spiced — this latte blends bold espresso with milk, rich brown sugar, and a hint of cinnamon for a cozy-sweet flavor that feels like a hug in a cup. Finished with a touch of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon, it’s the perfect balance of creamy and spiced, making it your go-to drink for crisp mornings or slow afternoons.
Homemade Cinnamon Brown Sugar Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar (light or dark both work)
1 cup water
3 cinnamon sticks, lightly crushed
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, water, and crushed cinnamon sticks. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. This allows the cinnamon to infuse deeply into the syrup.
Turn off the heat. Stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Strain the syrup into a clean jar or bottle to remove the cinnamon sticks. Let it cool before sealing and storing.
Cinnamon Brown Sugar
Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
1 tablespoons cinnamon brown sugar syrup
Your favorite milk (I love using oat or almond—frothed/over ice if cold)
Instructions:
Brew 2 shots of espresso.
While it's hot, stir in the syrup. Taste and adjust if needed!
For iced: Fill a glass with ice, pour the espresso mixture over it, then add your frothed milk.
For hot: Froth your milk and pour it gently over your espresso mixture.
